  • After working with James, my son Caleb is feeling really good about himself. Before, he could not run a quarter mile without stopping and today he ran not just a quarter mile, but a half mile non stop, then walked another mile after that!   • I feel so lucky that we found James to train our daughter, Erin, who has cerebral palsy. Erin loves working out, but people in the disability community are grossly underserved in the fitness industry, especially if they are wheelchair users. By making fitness accessible, James has made such a difference in Erin’s life. He is committed to movement as a pathway to good physical and mental health, and it works. I’ve learned so much from watching him guide Erin with his positive energy and creative strategies to strengthen her body in ways that make our everyday lives easier. His positive energy is infectious; I often hear the music cranking and Erin laughing, which lets me know she is working hard while having fun.
